You may return or exchange any new, unopened items.

Items MUST be in their original packaging with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Just Bones Boardwear^TM will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you receive an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time estimation includes 5-10 business days of return travel time, 3-5 business days for Just Bones Boardwear to Process the returned item(s) and 5-10 business days for your bank to complete the refund process.
