Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are currently unable to accept returns on any opened, tried on, or worn swimwear. It is in the intimate clothing category.

The only acceptable items for return or exchange must be unopened, still factory sealed and in original packaging. Please note this before sending back swimwear for a refund or exchange. Thank you for your patronage.

Just Bones Boardwear™ will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, you receive the incorrect item, or the swimwear you receive is defective in some way. We also pay for shipping costs on purchases totaling more than $100.00.

You can expect to receive your refund within 6-10 business days after our returns department receives your package. In some cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
